Beans of cocoa are cleaned, roasted and shelled to get their flavour. these are called nibs.when the nibs are ground the heat melts them into chocolate liquor, cooled as bars which is known as unsweetened or cooking chocolate.

I received something in the mail but have since lost it. I can't spell the name as my memory fails me. It was something like Gafalty, Gadiver, etc. They offer a free coffee maker with your first purchace of one pound of their coffee.
